The Malaysian Institute of Bumiputera Property Professionals (BUMIPRO) is a professional body dedicated to promoting the role, credibility, and capabilities of Bumiputera professionals in the Malaysian property sector. Established with a clear mission to enhance the standards and representation of Bumiputera practitioners, BUMIPRO serves as a unified platform that encourages excellence, integrity, and collaboration within the industry.
We are committed to ensuring that Bumiputera property professionals are recognised not only locally, but also internationally, through strategic partnerships, capacity-building initiatives, and continuous professional development.
Mission
Our Institute Objectives
- To recognize and uplift skills and competencies of Bumiputera professionals in the real estate industry in Malaysia.
- To promote Bumiputera role as a professional property consultant in Malaysia as well as to respect and uphold the integrity of the real estate professionals.
- To fully acknowledge and support the governing authorities and agencies in Malaysia that regulate and support the real estate industry in Malaysia.
- To establish and maintain international relations with other real estate professional bodies around the world.
- To promote and carry out education and training, as well as to hold examinations to qualify members of The Institute (If appliable).
Logo Description
The Plant derived motive logo with six (6) blades emphasises the growing nature of the profession in Malaysia and a part of the built environment industry contributing towards the economy.
The six (6) blades represents the main pillars being core values including but not limited to professionalism, integrity, transparency, collaboration, knowledge transfer and innovation.
The blue represents empowerment of Bumiputera’s involvement whilst green indicates professional growth and sustainability via the six (6) blades.
Blue background demonstrates osmotic power energy that reflects the relationship between Professional Real Estate Bumiputera with the community, which is the focus of concentration in nation-building within the Real estate role.
